The new engine on the block, small block that is.

Kenworth is excited to announce an addition to PACCAR MX Engine lineup. The MX-11 Engine will be offered in the T680 and T880 short hoods, T800 with FEPTO, and W900S models. Engine Ratings vary from 355 HP with 1250 lb. ft. of Torque up to 430 HP with 1550 lb. ft. with an addition of a Multi-Torque Rating. There is about a 400 lb weight savings in comparison to the MX-13 or ISX12. The MX-11 engine is approved for most applications up to 80,000 lb GCW, with the exception of the 355 HP rating. The PACCAR MX-11 engine will be available for build beginning January 18, 2016. This will make a great engine for the vocational market or regional / city haul applications.
